General Liability Waiver

1. Pets displaying aggressiveness towards groomers will not be groomed for the safety of both the dog and the groomer.
(Compensation claims will be filed for injuries to the groomer. Training takes precedence over grooming.)

2. Please inform us in advance if your dog has chronic illnesses such as heart, liver, thrombocytopenia, joint abnormalities, or discomfort post-surgery. Grooming may be occasionally discontinued if the dog does not cooperate.
(Grooming fees are non-refundable.)

3. Accidents may occur due to the sharpness of grooming equipment, and while extreme care is taken to prevent issues, incidents such as cuts, scratches, and nail loss can happen.​

4.Unexpected injuries during grooming will be promptly reported, and basic first aid will be provided. However, we are not liable for harm or death due to pre-existing conditions.

5. Contact allergies, hives, and rashes resulting from grooming are often related to the pet's immune system. Without a veterinarian's diagnosis attributing the cause to grooming, we do not assume responsibility.

6. In the case of multiple external parasites (mites, fleas) being found, grooming may be suspended, and additional charges of $30 for medication and disinfection may apply.

7. Paw Wow Grooming is allowed to take and use grooming photos and videos for public promotion and service purposes on social media.
If you do not wish to have your pet photographed or recorded, please inform us in advance.

8. Pets with severely matted coats may require a shorter shave, and additional mat removal costs may apply based on the time spent on the procedure. $15 for every 30 minutes.

9. Pets must be picked up within 30 minutes of grooming completion. If you miss the appointment time, you must notify us as soon as possible. Failure to give at least 48 hours' notice may result in cancellation/no-show fees.
